I have created my account here and have been earning coins and I have enough coins to get a prize.
I'll make sure I exchange the coins first during restock as mentioned in the rules list...
But how do we do it there are 3 dates mentioned when will the restock happen and when can we order the prize?
restock just happens we don't have to participate its the time in the mentioned dates
checkout their instagram handle their they post early hours as well for the restock.

You first have to earn enough coins for your desired prize by performing daily missions or other activities mentioned in the 'earn coin' page and wait for the restock dates to arrive. during the dates sometimes there will be early hours announced on our Instagram page i.e. @gokano_in & otherwise you'll have to hunt down the restock timings and book your prize before anyone else does.
